You choose what to send us. Only your name, phone number and ZIP code are required to request a quote.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the quote form, we also record the page address you submitted from, the referring website (if any), and the date and time of your submission. This helps us know where a request came from and respond to it.
This website does not set cookies, and we do not run analytics, advertising pixels or session-recording tools on it. If that changes, we will update this policy and describe what we use. Our web host may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site load from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

If you check the consent box on the quote form, you agree that Honest Water Co. of Lubbock may call and send text messages to the number you provided, including by automated means, about your quote and related offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop calls or emails, call us at 806-543-9252 or email Luke@honestwatercolbk.com. You can withdraw consent at any time, and we will still honor any quote or warranty you already have.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it with service providers who help us run the business — such as our customer relationship management, email and phone providers, and installation subcontractors — and only as needed to serve you. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond to them and to follow up. Because our systems carry long-term and lifetime warranty coverage on certain parts, customer and installation records are generally kept for the life of the system, and afterwards as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access and correct it, to have it deleted, to obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling.
