Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a contract. Product specifications, availability, promotions and prices may change without notice. A firm price is provided only in a written quote following an in-home assessment of your water and your home. Any purchase is governed by the sales agreement you sign and by our Warranty Statement.
Pricing and promotions
$4,599 is Honest Water Co.’s regular installed price for the Complete Home System Package (whole-home Softener + Chlorine Filtration paired with a Tankless Reverse Osmosis drinking water system).
Advertised savings are stated as a maximum. Actual savings vary by home size, water conditions, system configuration, plumbing requirements and installation complexity, and not all customers will qualify for the maximum discount. Promotional pricing is subject to change, availability and any stated end date.
Systems other than the Complete Home System Package are quoted individually after an in-home water test and are not covered by advertised package pricing.
Financing
Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Interest rates, repayment terms, qualification requirements and promotional offers are set by the lender, not by Honest Water Co. Advertised rates represent the best available offer and may not be available to every applicant. Ask us for current lender details before you apply.
Water quality information
Water quality information on this site — including figures attributed to the Environmental Working Group (EWG) — is general background information about a public water system. It is not a professional assessment of the water in your home, and it is not medical or health advice.
Third-party data may be revised, corrected or updated after we publish it, and we do not guarantee that figures shown here are current. Contaminant levels reported for the Lubbock Public Water System are, as reported, within federal legal limits. For information about your own water, request a test.
Certifications and third-party names
References to NSF/ANSI standards, the Water Quality Association (WQA) Gold Seal program, ResinTech, Katalox Light, Jacobi Carbons and similar names describe certifications or products relating to specific components and filtration media used in our systems. They do not mean that those organizations certify, sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with Honest Water Co. of Lubbock.
Honest Water Co. of Lubbock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Environmental Working Group. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is governed solely by our Warranty Statement and the documents you receive at the time of sale. Statements on this website summarize that coverage and do not expand it.

The text, graphics, product photography, logos and layout on this site belong to Honest Water Co. of Lubbock or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, republish or use our content commercially without written permission.

Nothing here limits our liability for our own installation workmanship, which is addressed in your sales agreement and warranty.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lubbock County, Texas.
